The university has 3 entrances, the closest one to the conference building is right in front of Unicentro Mall. At the university’s entrance, guards will ask for an ID (passport), please carry it, and present it at the door. Inside the university there will be road marks to guide you to the conference building (Edificio 9).
Conference’s registration will be located at the 5th floor of building 9. Tickets for coffee breaks and dinner will be handed to you with your conference’s badge. All conference’s activities will take place at the 5th floor of building 9. Tuesday’s tutorials will be held at the main auditorium.
There will be a cocktail at 17:20 on Tuesday, November 15th, at the 5th floor of building 9. There will be a city tour on Thursday night (19:00). Everyone is invited. Finally, there is an optional Gala Dinner on Wednesday night (20:00) at NH Royal Poblado. You can buy your tickets at the registration desk.
